Gentle poses for headache prevention, as well as headache treatment.  Focus on posture, healthy breathing and relaxation techniques.

Gentle poses to keep joints in the hands and wrists healthy.  Attention on posture, releasing stress in the neck and shoulder areas and ergonomics.  Stress reduction and relaxation techniques.  Suitable for business settings.

Yoga: An Introduction
A gentle practice introduces you to yoga and its benefits.  Explore this ancient system of body and breath movements to relax, renew and energize.  Postures, breathing techniques and meditation are introduced.

Yoga for Women Workshop
Explore poses that help with PMS, Peri-menopause and Menopause.
No experience required.  2 hours.

Parent/Child Yoga Adventure
Stretch like an eagle, fly like a butterfly and roar like a lion:  A playful exploration of the world of yoga.
No experience necessary.  1 hour.

Partners Workshop
Learn and practice poses with a partner.  Working through poses with someone else emphasizes the complementary aspects of balance, flexibility, strength and gentleness.  Practicing yoga with someone can enhance your relationship while improving the body, mind and spirit of each person.  Partner yoga is comforting, supportive and healing.
Some yoga experience helpful but not required.
