with a partner. Working through poses with someone else emphasizes
the complementary aspects of balance, flexibility, strength and
gentleness. Practicing
yoga with someone can enhance your relationship while improving
the body, mind and spirit of each person. Partner yoga is comforting,
supportive and healing.
Some yoga experience helpful but not required.
