What to wear and bring to class

Bring yourself with an empty tummy and an open mind. Wear a smile and your bare feet. Tee shirts, sweatshirts, biking shorts and tights/leggings are great.

Leave gum, perfume, cell phones and worries at home. Bring your yoga mat. We have everything else you need.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to clear your mind. Sit or lie quietly or do some stretches.

Keep the teacher informed of any health issues, injuries or doctor’s orders.
