For Adults:

The Eyes Have It Fun and Natural Ways to Improve and Maintain your Eye Sight Wednesday, February 4, 2009, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., $25
Private Instruction Available – $75/hour Focus on therapeutic uses of yoga and alignment. Suitable for those wishing to advance their practices as well as those needing extra attention because of injury, illness, etc.	Please call to schedule.

For Children:
 

Eco Yoga Learn about our world and yoga in a fun, action-packed way. Topics include wetlands, rain forests, plants and animals. Dates to be announced.
Yoga Parties Bring a group of family, friends or co-workers in for your own private yoga class.  Lots of fun for all ages.  Gentle classes are taught at a level appropriate for all participants.  Could be a great friend’s night out, birthday bash or stress reliever.  One hour children’s party - $100 (maximum 10 participants) One and one half hour adult party - $150 (maximum 12 participants)	Call or email to schedule.

After 5 p.m., the doors to the building are locked. Please ring the doorbell at either door to gain entry.

Payment is required at time of registration.  We are happy to accept your check or cash.  Classes fill, so register early.
